Today is the longest day of the year - the time when darkness threatens to take over the world. Yet, there is hope as the sun soon starts its journey back.
So tonight, light candles and fill your home with warmth and light and reflect on all your blessings.
Us, we're off to the "family" for the next 10 days or so. You likely won't see my zaniness around, until we are back.
(Fidel is bringing his computer, so who knows. I might get a blog in, if I'm not too stuffed with fine holiday dining).

PS - check out the sky (maybe only in the North Western Hemisphere)... the 24th is a full moon and Mars is suppose to be very close by and extremely bright.
